In patient who are obese, elderly and can’t afford more bedridden time, TLH is best procedure. In recent era TLH should be the treatment option for benign uterine gynaecological pathologies especially in elderly, obese women. In this respect, we outlines the steps of laparoscopic hysterectomy.
