Abstract: Few issues in modern Obstetrics have been as controversial and complicated as the management of the woman who has undergone prior cesarean delivery. How a previous cesarean delivery can modify and complicate the next pregnancy in its early gestational period and can lead to strange outcomes is a topic of interest. As often quoted remark by Flamm "Once a cesarean always a controversy" this case series will unfold the surprises a case with prior cesarean delivery holds.
