Abstract: Pelvic organs prolapse (POP) is a common condition that can lead to genital tract dysfunction and diminished quality of life. However, it is rare during pregnancy. Uterine prolapse during pregnancy can lead to increased morbidity and serious risks for both the mother and the fetus. This case presents a 45-year-old patient who arrived at our department at 39 weeks of gestation with labor pains. Examination revealed a stage 3 uterine prolapse, with the cervix protruding from the introitus, dilated at 4 cm. After consultation and multidisciplinary team (MDT) discussion, the patient was allowed a trial of vaginal delivery. However, after four hours without cervical dilation progression, an urgent cesarean delivery was performed, resulting in the birth of a healthy 3.8 kg male infant. This case highlights the importance of recognizing and managing uterine prolapse during pregnancy to prevent complications and ensure optimal maternal and fetal outcomes. Further investigation into the risk factors, management strategies, and long-term outcomes of POP during pregnancy is essential to improve clinical practice.
