Vulval leiomyoma-leiomyoma beyond the uterus: A rare location

Abstract: Leiomyoma occurs more commonly in uterus but very rarely in vulval region. Mostly misdiagnosed as Bartholin cyst. A 43-years old woman with vulval swelling initially diagnosed as bartholin/vulval cyst and excision of cyst done. Later histopathological diagnosis turned out to be benign vulval leiomyoma.
