Abstract: Previable preterm premature rupture of membranes (PV-PPROM) before 24 weeks is a rare complication, especially in dichorionic diamniotic (DCDA) twin pregnancies, with high risks of maternal and perinatal morbidity. We present a case of PV-PPROM at 14 weeks in a DCDA twin pregnancy following IVF conception, managed expectantly with successful prolongation and no maternal complications. This case underscores the potential for favorable outcomes with individualized expectant management.
