Female Genital Tuberculosis (FGTB) is a form of extrapulmonary TB which is often missed due to vague symptomatology like infertility, menstrual irregularities, abdominal pain, vaginal discharge or mimicking cancers. With no specific diagnostic investigations available there may be a delay in diagnosis. We are presenting case series highlighting various atypical presentations of genital tuberculosis mimicking multifocal disease requiring high suspicion and multimodal approaches to reach the diagnosis followed by treatment involving standard anti-tubercular treatment.
